                            2005  蒸蛋

                                  做蒸蛋很簡單 只要用雞湯塊1個=2.5碗的水 5顆雞蛋=1顆雞蛋0.5碗的水                                                 

                                  首先將2.5碗的熱開水把雞湯塊溶解  再加入雞蛋攪拌均勻 用量杯量一

                                  杯水放入電鍋 再把材料放入電鍋  記得鍋蓋一定要留空隙 不能全蓋滿                              
                                  不然蒸蛋會變蜂窩很難看 有留空隙的蒸蛋很漂亮  而且光是用看的就很

                                             清蒸紅沙(魚)

                       材料:醃過的破布子 米酒少許 (魚要抹少許鹽巴)

                       做法:用鋁薄紙把魚跟材料包起來放入電鍋 用量杯量一杯水放入電鍋

                                 (可與飯一起煮 放在蒸盤上) 也可以拿來烤肉時用  不過要把 醃過的破布子

                                        (要放點破布子的湯) 換成蔥跟豆鼓 其他的材料都一樣喔

     

                                蜂蜜黑糖糕製作材料 中筋麵粉150g  太白粉80g  泡打粉10g  黑糖130g  水280g  芝麻  蜂蜜酌量

                                  用具:電鍋   內鍋網墊   蒸鍋(盤)

    做                                       做法:1>在蒸鍋內鋪上耐熱塑膠袋(8.5×12或9.5)×13) 內鍋網墊   蒸鍋(盤)或糯米紙、年糕紙

    <                                                    2>黑糖&蜂蜜&水入鍋,小火慢慢燒並攪拌至完全溶化(水:不可燒開)

    <                                               3>將中筋麵粉&太白粉&泡打粉放入<2>混合攪拌均勻倒入<1>

    <                                              4>電鍋內用量杯入水一杯,再放入網墊,最後放入蒸鍋(盤),上鍋蓋送電電鍋開關跳起後灑上芝麻等5分鐘完成起鍋

                                        黑糖糕製作材料☆   中筋麵粉150  太白粉80g  泡打粉10g  黑糖150g  水280g   芝麻           

                                         用具:電鍋   內鍋網墊   蒸鍋(盤)

    綠茶紅豆糕製作材料1  中筋麵粉150 太白粉80g  泡打粉10g  綠茶粉10g 白砂糖130g 

                                           水280g  蜜紅豆酌量 (使用不加糖紅豆=白砂糖150g) 用具:電鍋   內鍋網墊  蒸鍋(盤)

                         做法:1>在蒸鍋內鋪上耐熱塑膠袋(8.5×12或9.5×13)內鍋網墊   蒸鍋(盤)或糯米紙、年糕紙

    2                                       2>白砂糖&水入鍋,小火慢慢燒並攪拌至完全溶化(水:不可燒開)

    <                                    3>將中筋麵粉&太白粉&泡打粉&綠茶粉放入<2>混合攪拌均勻倒入 <1>放入蜜紅豆

    <                                    4>電鍋用量杯內入水一杯,再放入網墊,最後放入蒸鍋(盤),上鍋蓋送電電鍋開關跳起後等5分鐘完成起鍋       

    ☆                          綠茶糕製作材料2   中筋麵粉150  太白粉80g  泡打粉10g 綠茶粉10g 白砂糖150g  水280g

                                                      用具:電鍋   內鍋網墊   蒸鍋(盤)

                                         做法:1>在蒸鍋內鋪上耐熱塑膠袋(8.5×12或9.5×13)內鍋網墊   蒸鍋(盤)或糯米紙、年糕紙

    2                                                  2>白砂糖&水入鍋,小火慢慢燒並攪拌至完全溶化(水:不可燒開)

    <                                             3>將中筋麵粉&太白粉&泡打粉&綠茶粉放入<2>混合攪拌均勻倒入 <1>放入蜜紅豆

                                                     <4>電鍋內用量杯入水一杯,再放入網墊,最後放入蒸鍋(盤),上鍋蓋送電電鍋開關跳起後等5分鐘完成起

      

                                                      2006 2/24   紅豆燕麥粥  

                                材料:糯米  薏仁  麥片  蜜紅豆酌量  煉奶酌量   糖

                        做法:將糯米洗乾淨後與薏仁一起下鍋  麥片比較快熟 晚一點再放入煮熟後  放入煉 奶時

                                 要一邊攪拌一邊放入煉奶  要不然煉奶會焦掉  放入煉奶後 再加一些糖(依個人口味

                                  加入糖的量)最後放蜜紅豆 因為太早放入蜜紅豆 會破壞煉奶的顏色  好了 你可以享受

                                 美食了  還有這個點心它夏天可以放冰箱做成冰的 冬天就做成熱的囉冷熱兩相宜呢  隨你挑囉

                                 

                                  2007 6/12   炸豆腐

                   材料:蛋豆腐 太白粉 玉米粉  黑胡椒鹽

                   做法:將雞蛋豆腐切塊  取個乾的盤子放太白粉跟玉米粉拌均勻  雞蛋豆腐

                                 沾乾粉下鍋炸至金黃色  開大火將油逼出後  放到盤子裡  沾黑胡椒鹽 

                                           吃起來味道不錯外酥內軟  不知道  你(妳) 是否喜歡 

         

                                 

                                  沙茶豬肉  (因為我不吃羊肉跟牛肉 所以只炒豬肉)

                  材料:豬肉 油菜 沙茶粉  沙茶醬 蒜頭   米酒  (如果你喜歡吃辣 可以放些辣椒)

                
                  做法:將豬肉洗乾淨後 用沙茶粉將豬肉拌一拌讓它入味   待鍋子熱後放入
                            沙茶醬再放蒜頭爆香放入豬肉加入鹽巴跟米酒(炒的時候會有黏稠狀) 
                            放入油菜大火快炒   此時放少許的糖(依個人口味)既可上桌了
                            還有用拌飯也很好吃喔  那就變成豬肉燴飯囉  慢慢享受美味的佳餚吧

                                  2007/10/3   清蒸石班魚 (吳郭魚 黑格  鱸魚也可以)

                        材料:薑  蒜頭  蔥  醬油 米酒 香油  鹽    鋁薄紙(用不亮的那一面包魚)

                        做法:撕一張鋁薄紙備用上面放一點香油 在魚的肚子裡放入薑  蒜頭  蔥(要切碎)  在魚身抹上鹽      

                                  巴在魚身上下放薑  蒜頭  蔥  淋上一點醬油跟米酒  放進少許的水 放在鋁薄紙上面包起來  可

                                  以在煮飯的時候(用電鍋煮喔)放在蒸盤上面跟飯一起煮  蒸魚要用量杯放進一杯水(用電鍋煮喔)

                                  另外 因為是用鋁薄紙包 烤肉的時候也可以烤魚   味道也很好喔    試試看吧
