    蜂蜜黑糖糕製作

         
    蜂蜜黑糖糕

    唯美的世界
    這是唯美今天做的蜂蜜黑糖糕   是用2份的材料做的    一般都是用一份材料做
     
    這是蜂蜜黑糖糕 2 份量的材料  
    中筋麵粉300g  太白粉160g  泡打粉20g  黑糖260g  水560g 核桃  蜂蜜酌量
    用具:電鍋   內鍋網墊   蒸鍋(盤)
    做法:1>在蒸鍋內鋪上耐熱塑膠袋(8.5×12或9.5)×13) 內鍋網墊   蒸鍋(盤)或糯米紙、年糕紙
    2>黑糖&蜂蜜&水入鍋,小火慢慢燒並攪拌至完全溶化(水:不可燒開)         
    3>將中筋麵粉&太白粉&泡打粉放入<2>混合攪拌均勻倒入<1>                
             <4>電鍋內用量杯入水 2 杯,再放入網墊,最後放入蒸鍋(盤),上鍋蓋送電電鍋開關跳起後
    灑上核桃(今天我選用核桃 平常我都是灑上一些芝麻而已)等5分鐘完成起鍋 

    蜂蜜黑糖糕製作材料 (一份量的材料)  
    中筋麵粉150g  太白粉80g  泡打粉10g  黑糖130g  水280g  芝麻 蜂蜜酌量
    用具:電鍋   內鍋網墊   蒸鍋(盤)
    做法:<1>在蒸鍋內鋪上耐熱塑膠袋(8.5×12或9.5)×13) 內鍋網墊   蒸鍋(盤)或糯米紙、年糕紙 
    <2>黑糖&蜂蜜&水入鍋,小火慢慢燒並攪拌至完全溶化(水:不可燒開)          
         <3>將中筋麵粉&太白粉&泡打粉放入<2>混合攪拌均勻倒入<1>                     
                <4>電鍋內用量杯入水一杯,再放入網墊,最後放入蒸鍋(盤),上鍋蓋送電電鍋開關跳
    起後灑上芝麻等5分鐘完成起鍋
